Modern Luxury Function Hall

As part of the amenities for the homeowners, majority of the condominiums in Singapore would have shared function rooms.

In this function room, the homeowner can host celebrations and events for a large group.

Not too long ago, AR-kee interior design team completed a modern luxury function room. A luxurious condominium in Singapore commissioned the project brief to update the look of an existing function room in their compound.

To complement the lush greenery outside the function room, our design team incorporated rustic elements into the modern luxury theme function hall.

The ceiling in the room is quite high, making the space appear larger than it is. We take advantage of this height in our design.

A full-height TV feature wall with a stunning onyx stone centrepiece draws attention to the function room’s high ceiling to give the space a rustic look, the remaining walls are clad with laminated wood wall panels.

The strip lights are strategically embedded on the wall panel to draw attention to the generous ceiling height.

We designed a T-shaped peninsular counter for the dining and food preparation areas. This design aims to create a communal dining space where guests and hosts can come together to enjoy food preparation and dining in a common area.

The T-shaped island table, with its beautiful white sintered stone countertop, creates a welcoming and elegant space to wine and dine.

We intentionally chose the same wall wood design laminate to clad the bottom side portion of the table, adding a rustic touch to the island design.

AR-kee interior design team hopes to create a cosy and comfortable experience in the modern luxurious function room that complements the outdoor green landscape through specially crafted spatial layout planning and interior design.
