In our latest project at Leedon Green, we embraced the mid-century modern luxe interior vibe. We brought together clean lines, pops of yellow (the client’s favorite color), and bold striped patterns. The retro theme breathes new life into the space. This makes the interior feel fresh, inviting, and vibrant, with luxe accents tying everything together.

A Warm Welcome at the Foyer

An eye-catching levitating cabinet in a tangerine hue, subtly highlighted by LED lighting underneath, greets guests upon entering the home. This unique feature makes a bold statement, creating an inviting atmosphere from the very start. The cabinet’s sleek design elevates the entryway, setting the tone for the rest of the home. Complementing this is a two-door storage unit that ensures practical functionality. This storage unit keeps shoes and other items neatly out of sight. This enhances the overall sense of order and sophistication.

Seamless Integration in the Living and Dining Area

The living and dining areas are designed to flow seamlessly, with the vibrant yellow accent taking center stage. This creates a cheerful, mid-century modern aesthetic. In the dining area, a built-in bench seat in bright yellow adds both color and functionality.
In this setup, a large mirror spans the wall, not only adding an element of elegance but also serving a functional purpose—expanding the visual space and making the dining area appear more spacious and open. This thoughtful use of mirrors, paired with the strategic yellow accents, enhances the warmth and openness of the dining space, encouraging lively gatherings and relaxed dining experiences.
Adjacent to this area, the living space features a cozy sofa overlooking the TV console. A white TV console designed to complement the yellow dining booth seat sits below the TV wall, which boasts built-in cabinets with touches of cheery terrazzo that cohesively tie the two areas together.

A Cozy Retreat with Elegant Touches

The study room exudes both simplicity and elegance, featuring light wood storage that carefully integrates an omni desk with pops of yellow display niches that add warmth to the space. These accents help to balance the room, giving it a bright yet refined feel. The corner piano serves as a focal point, enhancing the serene atmosphere and offering a space where the homeowner, a passionate musician, can share her love for music with her children and students. The warm, soft ambient lighting further enhances the inviting atmosphere, creating a perfect space for relaxation, creativity, and comfort.

Serene Bedroom Retreat

The master bedroom is designed to be a tranquil haven with touches of luxury with every detail contributing to a calm and restful retreat. A luxurious queen bed with a velvet headboard serves as the room’s focal point, while a textured tile wallpaper Goodrich in style of art deco behind the bed adds a layer of sophistication without overpowering the senses. The color palette remains neutral, creating a serene environment that promotes rest and relaxation. Thoughtfully positioned lighting plays a crucial role in maintaining the calming vibe of the room, ensuring a soothing experience for the homeowner.
