Our design ethos for this project revolves around the concept of modern luxe, seamlessly blending clean lines, arches, panelling, and subtle mouldings. Soft pastel hues adorned with streaks of gold infuse warmth and richness into the space, while soft lighting accents evoke a sense of tranquility and comfort.
Living Room
The heart of the home, the living room, showcases a harmonious blend of textures and tones. Danish walnut laminate flooring grounds the space, complemented by walls painted in Solitude—a soft nude hue. Arched doorways and subtle mouldings add architectural interest, enhancing the room’s character. Marbled tiles in neutral shades further elevate the ambiance, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
Dining Area
Transitioning seamlessly from the living room, the dining area exudes timeless elegance with its marble tile flooring. Characterized by a white base with delicate grey veins, the flooring lends an air of sophistication to the space. It serves as a perfect backdrop for intimate gatherings and culinary delights. The area also features a large oblong-shaped dining table surrounded by eight chairs, illuminated by a unique chandelier resembling a cluster of glass balloons.
Kitchen
In the heart of the home, the kitchen exudes both functionality and style. The flooring features tiles marbled with striking gold veins, adding a touch of glamour to the culinary space. Paired with sleek cabinetry and modern appliances, the kitchen is a true testament to the seamless integration of luxury and practicality. Fluted glass doors and a marbled island enhance both functionality and aesthetics, providing ample storage and workspace.
Study Room
The study room offers a perfect blend of functionality and elegance. With a large grandfather clock, rectangular black marbled table, and six chairs. A built-in cabinetry that houses the TV serves as an expanded display for meetings, while the luxurious furnishings create an inspiring environment for work and collaboration.
Bedrooms
Two of the bedrooms embody the modern luxe theme with a feminine touch, boasting pastel pinks, beige arches, and opulent built-in wardrobes. Adding functionality to the space, each room features a vanity area and study table, offering an enviable retreat for both play and relaxation.
In contrast, the master bedroom features dark wood accents, evoking a sense of coziness and intimacy. Warm lighting, side tables, and a dark wood laminate backdrop enhance the luxurious ambiance, creating a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation.
